Emotional Intelligence at Work | Day 1

Being productive in the working environment nowadays will require personal knowledge on how to effectively deal with a diversity of people (from different background, ethnicity, different generations and skills) in a shorter time-frame. This is coupled with the pandemic that has been raging the world over and affected the lives of millions of people. So this means that acquiring EI skills as: being aware of why you think and feel the way you do, learning to manage your emotions appropriately, understanding how emotions can get in the way of building a positive self-image and acquiring self-motivation and self-discipline is both necessary and timely.

Objectives:

Upon successful completion of this program, participants will be able to:
• Develop their social confidence and self-esteem.
• Eliminate fears of any apprehension or rejection at work.
• Engage in meaningful conversations with colleagues and bosses.
• Take full control of their emotions and be able to interact more professionally.

Effective Interpersonal Communication for Management | Day 2

This 1-day program has been specially designed to enable participants to better understand the factors that contribute to effective communication in a variety of contexts and situations. They will feel more empowered and confident armed with the correct knowledge and skill set to engage in both verbal and nonverbal communication.

This course will be highly interactive and participants are expected to get involved fully in all the activities that have been designed.

Objectives:

Upon successful completion of this program, participants will be able to:
• Demonstrate an understanding of interpersonal skills.
• Identify effects of behavior on interpersonal communication.
• Maintain a healthy relationship with peers, colleagues and clients.
• Develop, implement & promote effective communication techniques.
• Overcome conflicts easily and effectively.
• Listen more effectively and deliberately.
